What is a New Apostolic Pillar?

The Pillar Mission Statement:

The New Apostolic Church Pillars are enthusiastic workers who serve and support the work of God. The Pillar group engages in congregational culture, mentors the youth and fosters missionary work by inspiring new ideas and perspectives.
